How do I get a refund?

Simply send an email to our support team at support@adskills.com within 30 days of receipt and your entire purchase price will be promptly refunded.

We reply to all emails within 24 hours M-F. If you’re sending in a support ticket on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll respond on Monday and honor the date we receive your initial email request. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Yearly Subscription courses can be refunded within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, subscription courses can no longer be refunded however you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring payments. Canceling your subscription will terminate your access to the course at the time of cancellation. Please provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel your recurring payment as we are unable to cancel recurring payments on the same day of their processing date. 
  • Monthly Subscription programs can be refunded within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, a monthly recurring fee will be charged to your card on file automatically. All recurring charges can be refunded within 7 days of the date of processing. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling your subscription will terminate your access to the course at the time of cancellation. Please provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel your recurring payment as we are unable to cancel recurring payments on the same day of their processing date. 
  • *Shipping costs are not included in a refund of a physical product. Shipping fees are collected for physical products. Those fees are sent to a shipping company to cover the cost of delivering your product to you. Refunding a physical product will only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping. Refunds for the cost of shipping are not included in this guarantee.
  • AdSkills events and workshops are non-refundable. AdSkills workshops are non-refundable due to the fact we reserve your seat and prepay for costs attendee costs. However, substitutions are allowed. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us so that we can reach out to our event waitlist and possibly help you find a substitution. (note: we can not guarantee we'll find you a replacement to purchase your ticket, but we'll do our best to help you).
