How do I get a refund?
Our goal is to ensure all our customers are satisfied with the course content but more importantly improving campaign results with our course content. Try any AdSkills program for a full 30 days.
We know you'll love our products because our customers write in telling us exactly that every day. Still, just in case we have a 30-day refund policy on all digital courses.
Simply send an email to our support within 30 days of receipt, and your entire purchase price will be promptly refunded.
We reply to all emails within 24 hours Mondays-Fridays.
If you’re sending in a support ticket on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll respond on Monday and honor the date we receive your initial email request.
- Physical Products also have a 30-day refund policy. However, we can not refund shipping charges as those are paid to the post-service, not AdSkills. Should you request a refund for a physical product we're happy to process that within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Subscription courses can be refunded within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, subscription courses can no longer be refunded however you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring payments.
Canceling your subscription will terminate your access to the course at the time of cancellation.
Please provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel your recurring payment as we are unable to cancel recurring payments on the same day of their processing date.
- Workshops are non-refundable after the first 30 days of purchase. We understand circumstances change your ability to attend. You may sell your ticket or transfer it to another person. If you're transferring your ticket please send an email to email@example.com to inform us of the new attendee that will come in your place.
