How to update your credit card information?
AdSkills has two shopping carts.
Here are the steps to follow for updating your credit card information:
1. For Samcart Purchase
Please send an email to our Customer Support
support@adskills.com. We will send you your login email for you to be able to update your card information on your own.
2. For Uscreen Purchase

To update your billing information:
- Log in on the website and navigate to the Dashboard
- From the dashboard, click on Billing, under Payment Method, update your card information and click Save Card
If you have other concerns, please email our support team at support@adskills.com. Our team monitors the support email Monday - Friday between 9 am - 5 pm EST.
We reply to all submissions within 12-24 hours unless it is the weekend (or a holiday) in which case, we'll respond first thing on Monday morning of the new week.
